to Four Guests (including Bride & Groom)
the
package includes the use of the grounds or common areas for the
wedding ceremony and reception between the hours of 11:30 a.m.
and 2:30 p.m. The wedding ceremony, a tray of hors d'oeuvres,
bridal bouquet, boutonniere, bottle of champagne, overnight
honeymoon accommodations for two and a gourmet breakfast in the
morning.........$500

to Forty-Nine Guests
Includes
above package, Brunch, Lunch, Hors d' oeuvres or dinner menu,
small wedding cake, rentals, servers and bar service. Wedding
ceremony and reception must take place between the hours of
11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. ................$500 + $60 per

Hundred and Fifty Guests
the package includes
exclusive use of the home and grounds for the wedding ceremony
and reception. Brunch, Lunch, Heavy hors d' oeuvres or Dinner
Menu. Decoration of back or front staircase, bridal bouquet,
boutonniere, overnight honeymoon accommodations for bride and
groom with a private gourmet breakfast for two in the morning.

Prices
do not include 7% Sales Tax and 17% Gratuity. Price is for a
three hour reception and one hour allotted for guests arriving
and ceremony. Wedding from One to Twenty Five Persons do not
include Parking and Security Guard Fee if needed and may not
book on a Saturday more than six months in advance. Expanded
Menus or Chef Stations may include a surcharge.
